 Multiple Sales Reps Needed (Immediate Hire)!!!

Job Brief 


Amgrecruiters is seeking to hire experienced and trustworthy Sales Representatives to work either part-time, full-time or as independent contractors to help build our ecommerce platforms and other business activities.

Sales Representative responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, social networking and phone.

Ultimately, the role is to help us surpass business expectations, daily sales goals and contribute to our company’s growth.

 

Responsibilities


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
  • Researches customer’s individual or business purchase needs
  • Serves existing customers by optimizing current purchase plan
  • Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
  • Resolves customer complaints and queries
  • Submits purchase orders
  • Informs management of purchase actions
  • Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals
  • Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
  • Makes recommendations for the customer
  • Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates

 

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor’s degree (but not required)
  • Additional certifications and other professional development experience
  • At least 1+ years of sales experience or more
  • Customer service and people skills
  • Phone, email, and chat communication skills
  • Must be able to work remotely
  • Prospecting skills
  • Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to meet sales quotas

 

 

Salary and Benefits

 

Payment will be commission only and funds will be directly deposited and processed through an electronic payment system through our various partnerships. Bonuses will be offered to those individuals who meet our sales quotas or contribute to our sales growth. Amgrecruiters will discuss further logistics during the onboarding and hiring process.
